U: BY Design Studio Workshop developed by Decanthropy, supports underrepresented youth 8-18 years old to develop a vision for their future. The program engages participants in design thinking and how to apply the process to creating everyday spaces, as well as action plans for life.
We are excited to offer the U: By Design program, to schools and community groups to support the development of our future leaders and problem-solvers in design.
The equity-focused program seeks to engage underrecognized communities and introduce the interior design profession to inspire our next-generation industry professionals.
